An increasing number of PDF documents are becoming available on the Internet. These documents are being created in Adobe®'s Portable Document Format® . These cross-platform documents assure that readers will be able to obtain the materials in their original format regardless of what platform, software, or configurations they use to access the Internet. In order to view PDF  documents, however, readers must first download the Adobe® Reader® program. Reader enables users to view, navigate through, and print any PDF  document. Adobe currently provides Reader software for all current Windows platforms. The free Reader is available on-line from Adobe's World Wide Web site (http://www.adobe.com/).
