Welcome to the Automated Support system, an advanced support service available to SDI direct license customers.  This secure web-based service allows your SDI support specialist to efficiently diagnose and resolve PC-ACE Pro32 issues.  This service will install two ActiveX controls to facilitate this process.  You may be prompted by Windows for permission to install these controls.  If so, you must allow Windows to install the ActiveX controls in order to proceed with the Automated Support session.  Note that both controls are digitally signed by System Designs, Inc.
